Shipping

All Carabara Designs orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Canada Shipping Options

All greeting cards and gift tags ship free, via lettermail. No tracking is available for these orders.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $35 within 30 km. For orders under $35, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Expedited, tracked shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.00. Orders over $60 are eligible for free shipping. Orders will arrive within 3 to 9 business days.

Shipping to the U.S.

We offer shipping to the United States! Tracked shipping is a flat rate of $15.00. Free shipping is available for orders over $60. Orders will arrive within 3 to 9 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Carabara Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Tracking information will only be available IF you chose tracked shipping. If you have selected tracked shipping, the tracking number will appear in your confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cara@cararowlands.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Exchanges and refunds are only offered on items that arrive in damaged condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cara@cararowlands.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
